Covid-19 Update
OUR OFFICE IS CURRENTLY OPEN AND TREATING PATIENTS
Rest assured, we are prepared and taking all the appropriate measures as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for the protection and safety of our patients and staff. We are constantly sanitizing all our work areas and following the CDC Coronavirus prevention guidelines.
Important notes prior to your visit:

If you have recently traveled (out of state or country), you must stay home for 10 days after returning from travel, monitor your health, and practice social distancing.

Anyone who is sick with a fever, cough, or has trouble breathing should call their primary care physician before coming into our clinic.

Everyone is required to wear a face mask in the office at all times.

A body temperature check and pulse oximetry check will be taken on every patient upon arrival at our office.

Please call us as soon as possible if you suspect that you have been exposed to the Coronavirus or have tested positive for COVID-19.

Mon, Wed, Fri: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Tue, Thu: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Our office is closed during lunch hours:
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM

Contact Information
To find our office in Arcadia, look for the tallest office building just south of R.E.I. between 210 FWY and Huntington Drive. Our building is on Santa Anita Ave, between Santa Clara St and Wheeler Ave.
Free parking and handicap accessibility are available in the back entrance of the building. Our office is located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator in the main lobby of the ground floor.
