To find our office in Arcadia, look for the tallest office building just south of R.E.I. between 210 FWY and Huntington Drive. Our building is on Santa Anita Ave, between Santa Clara St and Wheeler Ave.

Please note of an ongoing construction in the back entrance lot of the building. Patients are encouraged to use the complimentary valet parking service or self-park at the adjacent public parking located next to Dennis restaurant. Handicap accessibility is also available in the front entrance of the building.
There is an elevator in the main lobby of the ground floor. Our office is located on the 2nd floor (turn right when exiting the elevator).
